Winter Snow Season 2020/21
After much consideration we have made the decision to not operate our snow season in Meribel for the 2020/21 season.
With COVID-19 still very much a global issue we have decided that this winter will sadly be the first one in which we do not welcome guests from all corners of the world to share our passion for the mountains.
Beyond this winter we expect to be welcoming our guests in the mountains either for a summer of mountain biking and road cycling, or for a winter season of snow action in 15 months time.
This has not been an easy decision to make. Needless to say the next 6 months look rocky.
As mountain people we live to share blue bird days and powder turns with our community of snow fanatics booking with 100% confidence that whatever the forecast, Ticket to Ride 100% deliver. Sadly we do not believe that this simple ethos will be possible this season.
We wish all our friends and family within the snow community all the best for the coming season and we will certainly be out there riding with them.
All guests booked on for the 2020/21 Meribel season will have the option to roll their booking over, receive a full refund of any monies paid, or have the option to move to one of our surf locations with a 10% booking value increase if preferred.
Our mountain lodge, ski chalets and snow courses will go on ice for this winter and we look forward to welcoming guests back as soon as the dreaded clouds of covid have parted.
As a team we have weathered the storm and have been able to connect with our passions for surf, snow and cycling. We hope you have been able to too.
Covid-19 is one crappy forecast that we would all like to live without. For now we need to navigate a safe passage and one that ensures our best mountain days are there for us all to enjoy in the not too distant future.
