Another epic adventure up the east coast of South Africa has begun, starting in Cape Town the group of 5 guys and 4 girls met for the first time, with a late arrival making her way to South Africa in the next few days. They’re about to embark on an adventure of a lifetime, exploring one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world while surfing world class waves in very culturally diverse locations.
Our trip starts in Muizenberg, Cape Town which is probably the worlds best beginner wave. The ideal place to learn your surfing fundamentals or to just get acquainted to South African waters. Our lessons have gone very well so far and the group are progressing very well, they’ve already clocked 16 hours of surf time and thats excluding their free surfs! Their fitness is getting tested daily but they’re all thoroughly enjoying themselves in the water, often staying out longer after lessons. Everybody is up and riding and on open face waves, setting up a solid platform for progression on our journey up the coast.
