Cinsta marks a turning point of the trip as we move from the milder temperatures of Western Cape towards the tropical East Coast. The water warms up and on good days you can break out the board shorts and bikinis.

Cinsta is the hidden gem of South African surfing with empty, world-class surf lying in wait for the lucky travelling surfer. It’s easy to see why so many of South Africa’s surfing elite were born and bred on the waves we will be surfing. We will be staying with Shaun and Sal at Buccaners, set amongst the dunes overlooking the stunning Cinsta Bay. With empty waves right on our doorstep this is a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of all the coaching aids at our disposal and move your surfing into new and exciting directions.

With various beaches working in various conditions there is good scope for surf exploration and day trips. With many extra options on offer through Buccaneers there will never be a dull moment. This is your chance to unwind in some beautiful surroundings and become part of one of South Africa’s most well renowned backpacking communities.
