We have just wrapped up our first ever female only surf & yoga retreat held here in a place I proudly call my second home, Sri Lanka.
Naturally being non-female I was less hands on with the running of the trip and let the lovely ladies Nikita Robb, Sophie Hellyer and Cory Stahl take the lead introducing the crew to surfing, all different types of yoga (including vinyasa, hatha, yin and some very unexpectedly emotional breath workshops) as well visiting the obligatory tourist must-see’s like turle beach, galle fortress, the local tea plantation and of course an evening in Baba’s; the once a week mad techno rave.
It has been a great trip with everyone having a blast and the feminine energy flowing day and night. I’ll spare the daily schedule details as if you’re reading this you will know how we operate and can imagine it was a fun-packed full on week and I’ll let the photos do the talking.
