Chalet Leopold Competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS 30th January 2020
1. The promoter is: Ticket to Ride Limited (company no. 05670921)
2. The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
– Follow @tickettoridegroup on Instagram
– Tag your shred crew on the post (up to 9 people can stay at the Chalet)
– Ticket to Ride will select the winning name at random, by scrolling through the feed of comments on instagram, and picking out a name.
Draw date is Monday 3rd February 2020
If Ticket to Ride is unable to contact the winner, the prize will be passed on to someone else.
The prize for the competition are:
• A one week stay for 9 people in the self catering Chalet Leopold, Meribel for the competition winner and 8 friends. Date: Sunday 9th February 2020 – Saturday 15th February 2020
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The prizes are as follows:
1st Place – A one week stay for 9 people in the self catering Chalet Leopold, Meribel for the competition winner and 8 friends. Date: Sunday 9th February 2020 – Saturday 15th February 2020
Chalet Leopold is located in Mottaret, the highest and most snow-sure area of the Meribel Valley. The chalet is modern and cosy, with everything you need for a self-catering apartment in a great location. There is a regular free bus which goes from outside the chalet down to the centres of Mottaret and Meribel Centre. The chalet includes:

Sleeps up to 9
5 bedrooms
Linen & Towels
Open plan lounge area with widescreen Apple TV
Wifi
Dining table
1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room

N.b. The package does not include flights, transfers, travel insurance, ski hire, ski equipment, spending money, catering or anything not listed above.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
