The winner will receive 1 Full Package Week for 2 guests at the Ticket to Ride Surf House in Sri Lanka, including:
7 nights’ accommodation in a twin or double room with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
7 breakfasts.
5 dinners.
5 days of surf coaching, including:
5 morning surf lessons.
5 surf theory and video analysis sessions.
5 surf-specific training sessions.
Surf equipment.
Transport to and from the surf breaks during the surf course.<\/p>\n
The prize does not include:
Flights.
Airport transfers.
Travel insurance.
Visas or vaccinations.
Spending money.
Meals and drinks other than those specified above.
Any personal expenses or costs not expressly stated as included.<\/p>\n
The prize is valid for one Saturday-to-Saturday stay only.
All bookings are subject to availability.
The winner must book directly with Ticket to Ride using the instructions provided after winning.
Requested travel dates cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n
The prize is for 2 guests sharing one room.
The prize must be redeemed by a guest aged 18 or over.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Any additional nights, upgrades or services requested by the winner will be charged at the applicable rates.
The winner must make their booking within 12 months of being notified of their prize. Stays may be booked for dates beyond this period, subject to availability and Ticket to Ride’s booking policies.
Ticket to Ride reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize with alternatives of equal value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n
The winner and their guest are responsible for:
Booking and paying for their own flights.
Arranging and paying for airport transfers.
Obtaining valid passports, visas and any required travel documentation.
Purchasing adequate travel insurance.
Ensuring they meet any health or vaccination requirements applicable at the time of travel.
The winner and guest travel entirely at their own risk.<\/p>\n
To the extent permitted by law, Ticket to Ride is not responsible for any costs, losses or expenses that are not expressly included in the prize, or for travel disruptions, delays or cancellations outside its reasonable control.
Ticket to Ride is not responsible for the administration of the competition, the judging process or the selection of the winner. Any queries relating to the competition should be directed to Wavelength.<\/p>\n
