As much as you may think you can surf all day every day, or someone may tell you that, the fact is you can&#8217;t! If you went surfing all day every day your body would slowly fall apart, but also you need to take a break sometimes, reflect and get amped again for that next session.<\/p>\n<p>On Nusa Lembongan however, there is another factor which is the tide! Especially when it is close to spring tides the ocean can go from being as flat as a lake to grinding six foot just a few hours later, and then flat again! Here is a video of some of the things we got up to, snorkelling coral reefs, diving with manta rays and exploring the mangroves.
