There\u2019s something deeply satisfying about a ski weekend on the slopes \u2013 it\u2019s short enough to ski hard, and long enough to blow the cobwebs away. As you stride into the office on Monday morning, you\u2019ll be the envy of the meeting room and have your holiday allowance in tact!<\/p>\n
At Ticket To Ride we have been offering flexible weekend stays in our chalets for the past few years but really seen the trend for these short stays increasing last winter and this winter. Midweek flights and transfers have been helping to make the Alps more accessible, along with just how expensive it can be for a full week – and how tiring!<\/p>\n
Also take advantage of late night flights back on a Sunday eve for example, to get another day on the slopes that day and maximise your ski time, or get the snow train overnight on a Friday night straight from London and arrive early on Saturday to get a quiet day in while others are still faffing at the airport!<\/p>\n
For many a shorter stay is enough – and means you can go away 2 or 3 times in a season instead of putting everything into one intense week of leg burning!<\/p>\n
