All-around snowboard performance training for good intermediates wanting to hone their shred skills.
The SB Performance Workshop is aimed at intermediate riders looking to progress technically all over the mountain.
This course is aimed at riders who have done 3-8 weeks on snow. This trip is aimed at mid-higher intermediate Riders who have done 3-10 Weeks on Snow. You can tun on both your toe and heel edge consistently, and confidently ride all Greens, Blues, Red and some Blacks. Tough conditions slow you down and affect your technique. You have done some easy, open Off Piste. Does this sound like you? If so, come join us for a sick week in the 3 Valleys.
We will ride all-terrain from piste to powder with some very basic freestyle thrown in for good measure! You will learn how your body position relates to the output you get from your board, how the set up of your board can change the way you feel and how different circumstances require a different application of skills.
We will get you shredding the mountain with more style and control.

First day of coaching with your Cab 9 instructor. Explore the Three Valleys, focused on piste development and gauge what areas need working on during the week. Your instructor will gather some individual goals and plan the week ahead.
Further coaching and guiding in all-round riding. Hopefully the conditions are good and we can start investigating some backcountry runs around Meribel, or take a run through the park.
A well-deserved rest day from coaching, but feel free to head out riding as a group. We've also heard that the apres-ski is worth trying out too!
